Red Cloud Building Co. specialises in custom bespoke homes in southwest WA and Perth western suburbs. We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team, to fulfil the varied carpentry requirements of our projects start to finish. If you have a skillset for high-quality work and bringing architectural designs to life, this job is perfect for you!

Details:

· High-end residential construction work, recent builds and renovations.

· Diverse and varied work environment.

· Framing, cladding, joinery, flooring, staircases, formwork, ceilings, linings, skirtings, doors, architraves, demolition, etc.

· Base hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm (additional hours available).

· Working closely with a friendly and engaging team.

Requirements:

· Trade Competent Carpenter: Must be able to demonstrate your proficiency and experience in both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry. Ideal candidate would have 5+ years within the industry, working on diverse and high-end luxury homes.

· Plan Reading: Must be able to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings, with capacity to complete works to design specifications.

· Certifications: Trade certification in carpentry, valid construction white card. Other certificates are advantageous but not essential.

· Tools & Transport: The ideal candidate would have access to their own transport and a comprehensive toolkit for varied carpentry work from framing and roofing to 2nd-fix and finishing.

· Australian work rights are required for this position.
