About the role
This is a key position within the organisation, reporting to the senior executive team. As the Asset Manager, you will oversee the performance of a commercial assets, driving value through strategic asset initiatives, financial management and stakeholder engagement. The role suits an experienced professional who enjoys balancing analytical, operational and relationship-focused responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage the financial performance of the portfolio, including forecasting, variance analysis and optimisation of cash flow
- Develop and implement value-add asset strategies to maximise property returns
- Prepare and deliver detailed reporting to investors and stakeholders on a quarterly basis
- Lead leasing activities, including negotiation of lease renewals and coordination of vacancy marketing




- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property managers and key stakeholders

About you
This position would suit a Commercial Valuer and/or Analyst looking to take the next step. Unfortunately, Property Management experience will not be considered for this position.

To ensure your success, you will be required to have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Property, Finance, Business or a related discipline
- Strong financial and analytical skills, and knowledge of the Melbourne office market is essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
