About Krystalshield

Krystalshield is a growing Australian manufacturer of commercial and industrial cleaning products. Due to increased production requirements and current customer work, we are expanding our production team.

We are looking for multiple reliable and motivated casual production workers to join our manufacturing facility in Gregory Hills. One of these positions offers the opportunity to step into a Filling Line Team Leader/Supervisor role for the right person.

The Roles

Depending on your skills and experience, duties may include:

· Working on our automated filling and packaging line

· Feeding bottles onto the production line

· Capping, labelling and checking finished products

· Packing products into cartons, taping cartons and palletising finished goods

· Performing quality control checks

· Keeping the production line running efficiently

· Maintaining a clean and organised work area

· Assisting with production changeovers

· Following workplace safety and manufacturing procedures

We also have an opportunity for a suitable person to assist in our powder production area, including weighing raw materials, following batch instructions, blending, filling and packing powdered products.

Team Leader / Supervisor Opportunity

We are also looking for someone within the new team who has the ability and attitude to take responsibility for our filling line. Previous supervisory experience is an advantage, but we are equally interested in someone who demonstrates leadership, initiative, reliability and the ability to step up.

· Coordinating filling line staff and allocating positions

· Keeping the team productive and the line moving

· Assisting with line set-up and changeovers

· Ensuring the correct bottles, caps and labels are being used





· Monitoring production speed and identifying bottlenecks

· Ensuring quality control checks are completed

· Minimising unnecessary downtime

· Training and assisting new team members

· Reporting production issues to management

About You

· Reliable and punctual

· Strong work ethic and able to work at a consistent production pace

· Good attention to detail and quality

· Comfortable working as part of a team

· Able to follow instructions and procedures

· Willing to learn and take initiative

· Interested in growing with the company

Previous manufacturing, filling, packaging, food production, FMCG or warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential. A current Australian forklift licence and previous forklift experience would be highly regarded.

Hours and Future Opportunities

These positions will commence on a casual basis, with regular weekday work available Monday to Friday. As our production requirements continue to grow, there is genuine opportunity for increased hours and permanent full-time employment for the right people.

Applicants must currently reside in Australia and have valid Australian working rights. Krystalshield is not offering visa sponsorship or overseas relocation for these positions.
