Essential Criteria for Educator Diploma /Certificate III:
Develop, plan and implement a quality childcare and education program in line with the EYLF & NQS.
Communicate positively & openly with children and their families.
Create a stimulating, positive and appropriate environment to foster and support development.
Conduct observation and evaluation of children's development.
Assist children in daily routines and meal times.
Respond to the emotional needs of the children.




Maintain up to date records for each child within the group.
Support and work collaboratively with your team and assist and support the nominated supervisor in the general day-to-day running of the service.

The successful candidate will ideally have:
A Diploma OR Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification as recognised by ACECQA.
VIC Working with Children Check.
A Senior First Aid Certificate inclusive of asthma and anaphylaxis training.
A passion for working in the Early Childhood industry.
A great work ethic and strong written and verbal communication skills.
