Cash Train in Cairns is seeking a Customer Service Officer to build rapport with customers, underwrite loans (secured and unsecured), and resolve queries. The role is full time at our Cairns branch, with typical hours of 38 per week across 5 days and no weekend work.
You will bring face-to-face customer service experience, solid data entry and attention to detail, and the ability to work towards branch KPIs. Travel to other local branches is desirable; training and development are provided.
