Experienced shotcrete finishers wanted — major civil infrastructure, Sydney.

Bedrock Workforce is sourcing experienced shotcrete finishers for ongoing work with a leading specialist civil contractor on major infrastructure projects across Sydney.

This is skilled work to a tier-one standard. If you know your way around a spray crew and can produce a clean architectural and structural finish without someone standing over you, we want to talk to you.

What you'll be doing

Finishing sprayed concrete to a high architectural and structural standard

Working alongside spray crews on major civil and infrastructure projects

Working safely and efficiently in a production workplace

What you need

Proven shotcrete finishing experience on civil or infrastructure projects

White Card (essential)





Ability to work to a high finish standard with minimal supervision

Reliable, secure, and valuable to work with on a crew

Own transport and reliable phone

Handy but not essential

Working at Heights, Confined Space, EWP

Tunnelling, remedial concrete or mining background
