Hootsuite is seeking a Customer Success Manager (12 month contract) to manage a select portfolio of customers. You’ll onboard them, ensure they have the tools to achieve their business goals on social, and drive adoption, retention and growth.
You’ll engage in periodic dialogues and quarterly business reviews, share product updates and metrics, and report to the Senior Manager, Customer Success. Collaborating with internal teams, you’ll maximize value from Enterprise and partner products.
