Position Summary:

As a Paralegal in their Wills & Estates department, you will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys with a variety of legal matters related to estate planning, probate, and administration.

Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting legal research and analysis
Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as wills, powers of attorney, and trusts
Assisting with probate proceedings, including filing necessary documents and attending court hearings
Managing client files and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals

Qualifications:




Previous experience working as a Wills and Estates Paralegal
Strong understanding of estate planning and probate law
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in legal software and database systems
