What you’ll be doing
Work full‑time, on‑site in a retail store on a rotating roster across a 7‑day trade.
Plan itineraries, book travel, and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email.
Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
Build a customer base of recent and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays.
Assist customers with travel questions (visas, timing, packing, local tips).
Earn a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure.

What we’re looking for
Seasoned traveller with experience of international destinations.
Great organisational skills and ability to manage calendar and respond quickly to customer inquiries.
Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs in a high‑pressure environment.
Enthusiasm, passion and warm customer service attitude.
Computer savviness,



able to toggle between multiple systems.
