Your recent roleReporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee electrical installations across a range of commercial construction and fit-out projects while leading and mentoring junior electricians and apprentices.

This is a hands-on position offering variety, autonomy and long-term career development within a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading electrical installation works on commercial projects
Supervising and mentoring electricians, apprentices and trade assistants
Reading and interpreting plans and specifications




Fault finding, testing and commissioning electrical systems
Coordinating with clients, subcontractors and site personnel
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
Maintaining compliance with Australian Standards and site requirements

What you'll need to succeed
NSW Electrical Licence
Minimum 2 years' post-apprenticeship experience
Previous Leading Hand or senior electrician experience
Robust knowledge of AS3000 and current electrical standards
Current driver's licence and ACMA licenceStrong fault-finding and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesExperience in commercial construction, fit-outs or healthcare environments is highly regarded
