About the Role

The Store Manager will build a positive team setting focused on exceptional customer service, drive financial performance, and manage daily store operations, visual merchandising, training, and safety.

Key responsibilities include:
Deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong product knowledge.
Maintain visual merchandising standards per company guidelines.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure health & safety.
Prepare and manage staff rosters with the regional manager.
Recruit and develop talent, retaining high performers.

About You

We seek an ambassador of our brand who is passionate about fashion, has strong leadership and mentoring skills, and can manage a fast‑paced retail setting.



Flexibility to work rotational weekend rosters and late‑night trade is required. Prior store‑management experience in fashion, solid interpersonal skills, and a performance‑driven mindset are essential.
