Change Recruitment is partnering with a founder-led DTC ecommerce business to recruit a Senior Performance Lead. You will own paid acquisition across all channels and markets, reporting to the CMO, and will build a small team for ongoing growth.
You’ll manage Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok campaigns, take full budget ownership, and drive CAC, LTV and profitability rather than chasing ROAS alone. You’ll shape the go-to-market for recent countries and report monthly to leadership.
