The Role
We’re looking for a Property Strategist who can dream up, design, and execute wealth‑building plans that change lives. You’ll identify hidden gems and untapped potential, advise clients on cash‑flow and capital growth opportunities, and ensure every recommendation is backed by data and long‑term vision.
Key Responsibilities
Craft and present tailored property strategies that align with each client’s unique financial goals.
Partner with buyers’ agents to secure properties that match client strategies, with a focus on exclusive off‑market deals.
Conduct in‑depth market research and identify prospects across various property types.
Build client portfolios with a balance of cash flow, capital growth and security.
Maintain strong client relationships and support them through every stage of the investment journey.
What we’re looking for
An insider’s understanding of the Australian property market and the ability to translate trends into strategic moves.
The ability to connect, build trust and form lasting bonds with clients.
Data‑driven instincts: use analytics and financial models to ground every recommendation.
Creative problem‑solving: think outside the box to find solutions others may miss.
Preferred Qualifications
Active property investor with a proven track record.
Client‑focused approach, prioritising their needs and goals.
Deep understanding of finance and property markets.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in property strategy, financial advising, real estate or a related field.
Analytical mindset to back up all recommendations.
