About the role:
Confidently and efficiently manage a workload of commercial litigation and/or insolvency matters with appropriate supervision.
Drafting court documents, advice and correspondence.
Appear at courts, tribunal,
mediations and settlement conferences and negotiate of commercial outcomes .
The ideal candidate:
3+ years PQE incommercial litigation and dispute resolution and/or insolvency.
The ability to work autonomously at a high level.
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
The ability to liaise and communicate competently with clients and all parties, managing their requirements & expectations.
The ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet tight deadlines in a quick-paced setting.
