ALH Hotels on the Gold Coast is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Hinterland Hotel / Motel to lead a busy, multi‑department venue and own the floor during shifts.
You’ll supervise bar, bistro, gaming and motel operations, drive outstanding service, safety and morale, manage daily issues and train a team of hospo stars. Possession of RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence is required.
