CEA is looking for a Workshop Supervisor to lead our busy workshop team in Darra.
This is an excellent opportunity for a trade-qualified professional to step into a hands-on leadership role where you'll play a key part in driving workshop performance, mentoring technicians and apprentices, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of servicing, repairs and warranty work.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating daily workshop operations, managing workflow, and supporting your team to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers.What You'll Be DoingAs Workshop Supervisor, you'll be at the centre of workshop operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeLeading,
