Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;Communicating vehicle symptoms and fault rectifications toservice clients in a manner that can be easily understoodObtaining accurate parts and labour pricesEncouraging ourclients towards service offerings where appropriate to their individual motoring needsKeeping clientsup to dateon the servicing of their vehicleHandling complaints and ensuring prompt issue resolutionPreparing invoices and closing allocated repair orders in a timely mannerAbout youExcellent customer service and presentation skillsStrong organisational skills / follow processes and proceduresCompetency with IT systems / ERA experience a plusCalm and efficient / maintain high work standards and accuracyStrong relationship-building ability / grow business2+ years Mercedes-Benz or prestige/luxury market services advisors experienceA valid driver's licenceWhat's in it for you?
