An exciting opportunity has become available for a Property Manager to join a well-established and highly respected real estate office based in Taylors Lakes.
Managing an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 150 well-maintained properties, you'll work alongside an experienced Head of Department who will provide ongoing guidance and support.

Your Responsibilities
Manage an end-to-end residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with rental providers and renters.
Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs.
Conduct routine inspections and lease renewals.
Prepare documentation and manage tenancy administration.
Attend VCAT hearings when required.
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with current legislation.
What You'll Receive

About You To be successful, you'll have:
Previous Property Management experience (candidates at all experience levels are encouraged to apply).
A current Agent's Representative Certificate.
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Experience using PropertyMe and Inspection Express will be highly regarded but is not essential.
