The Role:Maintain village grounds in a neat and tidy conditionPerform general gardening tasks, including weeding, mowing lawns, and pruning treesOperate and maintain gardening equipment effectivelyEmpty and clean village rubbish bins regularlyUndertake minor maintenance duties as neededAble to handle extra tasks as neededAbility to work independently without supervisionAvailability to work on a 14/7 roster cycle (14 days on, 7 days off).
Willing to work 10-hour shifts each dayMaintain a strict health and hygiene standards and systemsAbility to travel in/out from site at own expenseWe're looking for candidates with:A current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 is highly desirableAt least 1 year experience working in a remote mine-site village or workforce campsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressureAbility to work autonomouslyFriendly and considerate attitude to promote a positive work environmentTo be considered,



you must have or be willing to obtain:Must have an Open Australian Driver's Licence/Manual C Class (pref. Manual & must be any Australian State) - International licence is not acceptedAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screenHave a recent National Police Check (within 1 month)Unrestricted work rights in AustraliaSIRROM, a trusted industry leader and provider with 50 years in Life Support and Facilities Management.
