An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and hands-on Regional Maintenance Manager to join For Purpose Aged Care.Supporting a portfolio of residential aged care homes across South East Victoria, you will play a key role in ensuring our homes remain safe, compliant, well-maintained and welcoming environments for residents, families and employees.Reporting to the State Maintenance Manager, this role combines leadership, maintenance expertise, project coordination and site support.You'll work closely with Residential Managers, Maintenance Officers and contractors to deliver preventative and reactive maintenance programs, manage property-related projects and support the commissioning of new homes.If you're a proactive maintenance professional who enjoys both leading teams and rolling up your sleeves when needed, we'd love to hear from you.If you're ready to join a growing organisation where you can make a genuine difference.The RoleSupport sites to ensure preventative and reactive maintenance tasks are completed on time.Provide leadership, guidance and hands‐on support to Maintenance Officers and site teams.Manage and coordinate assigned CapEx and property improvement projects.Ensure buildings, equipment and grounds remain safe,
