We're looking for a motivated and safety-focused Electrician to join our growing Energy team.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for safely delivering electrical construction and solar installation projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service.You'll work across a variety of projects, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out electrical construction and solar installation work safely and efficiently.Complete all work in accordance with company procedures, policies and safe work practices.Conduct risk assessments before commencing work and implement appropriate controls.Attend and actively participate in pre-starts,



toolbox talks and safety meetings.Work closely with supervisors to prioritise and deliver planned works.Communicate any changes or urgent work requirements to supervisors.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.Identify and report equipment defects or damage.Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and workplace health and safety legislation.Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and minimise waste on site.Complete timesheets accurately and submit them on time.Notify supervisors of any absences as soon as practicable.Treat company and client equipment and property with care and respect.Maintain fitness for work and comply with company fatigue and work hours policies.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:EssentialCurrent Queensland Electrical LicenceCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceConstruction White CardCurrent CPR certificationPerform Rescue from a Live LV Panel certificationExperience in electrical construction and/or commercial solar installationsStrong understanding of workplace health and safety requirementsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsGood organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer serviceAt CSE Linked, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
