About the Opportunity
headspace Hawkesbury is seeking Expressions of Interest from passionate and experienced clinicians interested in joining our Primary Care team.
We are recruiting for one full-time fixed-term position and are open to appointing at either:
Clinician – Level 2 | Starting salary from $***** per hour Senior Clinician – Level 3 | $***** per hour
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary youth mental health service supporting young people aged ***** years.
You will play a key role in providing assessment, engagement, brief intervention, care coordination, and referral support to young people accessing headspace services.

headspace Hawkesbury is part of Australia's National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention services to young people aged *****.
Our multidisciplinary team delivers support across mental health, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drugs, and work and study.

Uniting as the lead agency delivers community-based mental health services across NSW, supporting people through person-centred, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused care.
Key Responsibilities
Engage and support young people accessing the serviceUndertake comprehensive psychosocial assessmentsProvide evidence-based interventions appropriate to the role levelFacilitate referrals and service coordination across internal and external providersDevelop cooperative care plans with young people and their support networksWork closely with GPs, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other stakeholdersMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationParticipate in multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical review processes
About You
Approved tertiary qualifications and professional registration as one of Registered Nurse with AHPRAOccupational Therapist with AHPRAPsychologist with AHPRASocial Worker with eligibility for AASW membership
You will bring:
Experience working with young people experiencing mental health challengesStrong assessment, engagement, and intervention skillsKnowledge of youth mental health and recovery-oriented practiceAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCurrent Working with Children Check and NSW Driver's Licence (or ability to obtain)
