Frenchville State School is seeking a Deputy Principal for a temporary full-time position until 11 December ****, unless otherwise determined.
The ideal candidate willpossess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in educational excellence, and a commitment to creating a nurturing and innovative school culture.
This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Support strategic school leadershipby assisting the Principal to develop and implement a shared educational vision, deputising when required, and promoting a values-based, ethical, and inclusive school culture.
Drive excellence in teaching, learning, and wellbeingby fostering high expectations for student achievement and staff performance, while embedding equitable practices and supporting continuous professional growth.
Build strong partnerships and lead future-focused initiativesthrough collaboration with families, government agencies, community organisations, industry, and other stakeholders to enhance student outcomes.
Ensure effective governance and operational leadershipby applying relevant legislation and policies, managing resources strategically, and contributing to the achievement of the school's goals and priorities.
