Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Cootamundra facility on a permanent full time basis, 76 hours per fortnight.
You will assess, plan and manage nursing care for residents, develop care plans, and contribute to quarterly evaluations.
Ideal candidates hold Division 1 RN with AHPRA registration and at least 2 years' experience in aged care, with flexibility to work various shifts.
