Essential skills and criteria you will need to be successful:
Highly motivated and a team player, someone who takes pride in their work
Must be punctual, well organised and hardworking
Qualified manner, an eye for detail
Knowledge of plants, pests and diseases would be an advantage
Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors
NSW drivers licence
Current white card or willing to obtain one
