YOUR ROLE
In this KEY role reporting to an industry-leading partner ( from top-tier law firm background), you will love the CHALLENGE+SATISFACTION+ AUTOMOMY helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their work related injuries.
You will have your own practicemanaging your own filesfrom start to finish:
obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+ legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with insurers/their solicitors and doctors, drafting pleadings/submissions/statements/court docs, briefing counsel and attending court/mediation/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
are a NSW admitted lawyer with minimum 2 years OR MORE (up to senior associate) PLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience in BOTHstatutory WC and common law work injury damages (both essential).
have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own cases from start to finish;
have strong Microsoft Office (including Word) skills+comfortable to work in a paperless environment;
have strong communication, interpersonal and time prioritisation skills;
can work in a vibrant, fast-paced deadline driven environment;
are hungry to progress your personal injury legal career LONG-TERM with an employer committed to investing in your success.
