Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a Part time Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration to join our aged care team in Turramurra.
You will conduct assessments, plan and manage nursing care, and help develop personalised care plans to meet residents' changing needs across shifts.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of RN experience in aged care, a strong commitment to person‐centred care, and solid knowledge of Aged Care legislation.
