Overview
Viva Leisure, parent company of Plus Fitness, is looking for a Business Performance Manager to work closely with the Plus Fitness franchise network at its Sydney HQ.
The role involves delivering national training and education programs, implementing operational processes and systems, and supporting franchisee growth.
Responsibilities
Analyse business data to prepare for support sessions with the franchisees.
Deliver positive, engaging and effective support sessions that help franchisees grow their business.
Conduct regular and constructive club visits to ensure facility compliance and provide effective business support.
Help franchisees to understand key business metrics and work with them to improve their profitability.
Promote and uphold brand standards across the network.
Maintain a broad understanding of all aspects of the business and collaborate with team specialists to drive strong results.
Build a strong business knowledge and assist in resolving outstanding issues effectively.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in the fitness industry; multi-site experience is an advantage.
Effective communicator with the ability to build rapport with business owners and key internal stakeholders.
Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to use data to make informed recommendations.




Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Self‐motivated and driven to grow the brand and deepen industry knowledge.
Highly organised, quick to learn, and skilled in time‐management.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Confident in delivering and presenting training to audiences of various sizes.
Proven success in developing and implementing growth strategies that improve performance outcomes.
