Position:Lead Generation & Marketing Officer
Location:Mancel College @ Fig Tree Pocket, Brisbane (with occasional travel)

As ourLead Generation & Marketing Officer, you won't just market services, you'll champion the mission of Language Disorder Australia, connecting children, young people, and families with our specialist education and allied health services.
Working within a values-driven organisation, you'll increase awareness of our programs, generate quality leads, and build strong relationships with families, schools, professionals, and referral partners.
We believe the services we provide truly transform lives, and we need a creative storyteller who can share our impact in a way that inspires awareness, engagement, and action.
By helping more people discover our services, you'll support increased access to the specialised education and support we provide.
In this role, you'll combine data-driven marketing strategies with compelling content and targeted outreach to attract and nurture prospective students and clients.
You'll develop partnerships, deliver lead generation campaigns, and work closely with the Enrolments Manager and business unit leaders to strengthen our pipeline and expand our reach.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Identify potential student/client markets, build partnerships with schools and community groups, and maintain a robust pipeline with timely follow-ups.
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, deliver presentations to prospective audiences,
and create engaging promotional materials.
Demonstrate formal presentation experience with the ability to engage prospective audiences effectively.
Collaborate with the Enrolments Team to seamlessly hand over quality leads, coordinate with business unit managers, and support marketing initiatives across the organisation.
Implement and maintain a CRM system, track lead generation activities, and present recommendations for ongoing strategy improvements.
Uphold all relevant admissions, privacy, and data protection requirements, ensuring integrity and confidentiality in all interactions.
The successful candidate will possess 3-5 years of marketing experience to effectively drive our lead generation and outreach initiatives.
