Clinical Director Radiology, Keystone Radiology – Hybrid (min. 2 days Shepparton)

This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished FRANZCR-qualified Radiologist to combine high-quality clinical practice with meaningful leadership. You will have the opportunity to influence service delivery, support and develop a highly regarded imaging team, and help shape the future of radiology services for one of Victoria's most important regional communities.
The position offers significant flexibility, including the option to work partly from home, with a minimum of two days each week on‐site at Shepparton Hospital. This creates an attractive opportunity for radiologists wishing to divide their time between Shepparton and Melbourne, or another regional centre in Victoria or New South Wales.
The Opportunity
As Clinical Director, you will provide clinical leadership for Keystone Radiology's service at Goulburn Valley Health while continuing to practise as a radiologist.
Working closely with Keystone's senior radiologists, the broader medical imaging team, hospital clinicians and management, you will oversee the ongoing delivery and development of safe, responsive and high‐quality diagnostic imaging services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing clinical oversight across CT, MRI, ultrasound, X‐ray and interventional radiology services
Supporting accurate, timely and high‐quality reporting
Providing guidance, mentorship and support to radiologists and the broader medical imaging team
Building strong and productive relationships with hospital clinicians, executives and operational leaders
Contributing to service planning, workflow improvement and future service development
Supporting clinical governance, quality improvement and a collaborative departmental culture
Remaining clinically active across a diverse and stimulating regional hospital case mix
This role would suit an experienced Clinical Director seeking a current professional challenge, as well as a radiologist ready to take their first step into formal departmental leadership. Established systems,

About You

Eligibility for specialist registration with AHPRA
Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
Strong general diagnostic radiology capabilities
An interest in clinical leadership, service development and quality improvement

A commitment to high‐quality patient care and diagnostic accuracy
Experience in interventional radiology would be highly regarded but is not essential.
