Executive Assistant to Senior Director | National Firm

The role
This full-time Assistant role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for a busy Operations Director and thrives on variety. You will play a central part in keeping operations running smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating priorities and ensuring key tasks are completed on time.
Day-to-day, you will:
Provide one-on-one support to the Operations Director, managing diaries, meetings and agendas
Draft and refine correspondence, follow up on action items and support ongoing projects
Coordinate travel, prepare reports and complete weekly routine tasks
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contacts, maintaining a qualified and friendly approach
Learn and use the firm's practice management system to input and extract data and reports
Work closely with other EAs and Office Coordinators to ensure a smooth head office environment
Handle occasional personal tasks with discretion and confidentiality

About you
You are an experienced Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant who enjoys being organised, dependable and one step ahead. You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure and take ownership of your work.
You will bring:
3+ years' experience and/or relevant business qualifications
Strong diary management skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
Experience in legal, professional services or a similar corporate environment (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
A positive, solution-focused attitude and a collaborative approach to working in a team
