TAFE NSW is seeking motivated and organised individuals for Casual Class Preparation Assistant positions at Hamilton and Ourimbah campuses. You will support training in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality, ensuring classrooms, equipment and resources are prepared and ready for delivery.
You will maintain high hygiene standards, HACCP compliance and assist with food preparation, stock management and safe handling in a fast-paced setting. Certification and RSA are valued.
