About The Butler
The Butler
is a contemporary Mexican restaurant located in the heart of Potts Point, blending neighbourhood sophistication with the vibrant flavours of Polanco. The sun-drenched terrace with lush greenery offers views of Sydney's iconic skyline, making it the perfect destination to host events.
A bit about the role...
You'll be working closely with the venue team to execute your events. From coordinating a wide range of events and ensuring every touchpoint (enquiry, planning, execution, and follow-up) meets the high standards of Applejack. You'll play a key role in driving revenue, building relationships, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
Manage all event enquiries and bookings through iVvy and SevenRooms
Develop a robust understanding of the local area and target market, actively engaging with industry events and networks




Drive both proactive and reactive sales to achieve event revenue targets
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain clear, professional communication with clients
Collaborate closely with venue teams to continually improve event offerings and execution
Full-time position, Monday to Friday
