Position SummaryThis Pick Pack Order Fulfillment role is a physically active role, with the candidate being responsible to accurately pick and pack frozen pet-food orders, coordinate dispatch, pack and wrap pallets and manage stock rotation.
The role includes hands-on warehouse tasks and minor administrative duties using our ecommerce platforms.
You will be part of a small team of 10, and occasionally support in other areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities1.
Packing & Dispatch
Pack frozen pet food orders efficiently and accurately.
Generate and print packing slips and shipping labels.
Ensure all orders are packed with correct products, quantities, and customer specifications.
(KPI less than 2% error)
Prepare orders to be shipped on the correct dates according to delivery schedules.




Maintain organisation and cleanliness of the walk-in freezers, (ensuring stock rotations) and then packing area.
Liaise with the manufacturing team regarding stock availability and potential out-of-stocks.
2. Systems & TechnologyConfident using computers and everyday business software.
Experience with any of the following is highly regarded (but not essential):
Shopify – order management
Australia Post & Shippit – shipping platforms
4. Teamwork & Operations
Work collaboratively with manufacturing and warehouse staff.
Communicate proactively about stock shortages and potential delays.
Assist with general warehouse duties where required.
Skills & Attributes
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Comfortable working with frozen products and in cold-room environments.
Clear communication skills—both written and verbal
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Strong problem-solving and customer-first approach.
Physical RequirementsHigh level of physical fitness is required for this role
Ability to lift boxes up to 15kg on a regular basis
Ability to work in chilled/frozen environments
