Practice Information:This is a reputable private practice with strong referral base to local GPs and specialists.
They work with clients from all walks of life with a key focus to build movement resilience.
A majority of their clientele consists of privately funded patients (70%) with others including WorkCover, DVA, GPCCMP, TAC/CTP and occasional NDIS cases (20%).
Their team comprises of four highly experienced Physiotherapists, including a Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and three others with experience spanning ***** years.
They foster continuous learning through monthly in-clinic PD sessions, featuring both external guest presenters and internal peer discussions.
Their clinic has three private rooms and a gym space with a forth clinical bed.
Paperless notes and diary, online booking system and PhysiTrack are utilised in the practice.
Their clinic is centrally located in Cairns, offering short walking distance to good local coffee shops and a short ride to the vibrant Esplanade,
market, and shopping centres.Position Description: This part-time role is suitable for both experienced and graduate Physiotherapists.
If a recent/new graduate wish to apply, there is opportunity to grow into full-time role.
You will manage a diverse musculoskeletal caseload (70% musculoskeletal conditions, 20% sporting injuries and 10% post-op or neurological conditions) with ability to direct patient bookings according to your specific interest area(s).
Your work will primarily involve in-clinic consultations, with opportunity to engage in hydrotherapy and home visits as required.

Position Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in physiotherapy (Bachelor's degree or Master's entry level)
Current AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia
Current qualified indemnity insurance
The ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proven ability to build rapport with clients and retain a consistent caseload
Demonstrated sound clinical reasoning skills and the ability to generate individualised management plans
A strong commitment to continuing professional development
