About the Role
Join Ferguson Corporation, Perth's leading commercial interior fit-out specialist.
Operating out of our expansive 8,400 sq.
metre facility, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC routers to produce highly accurate components for premium cabinetry and custom architectural installations.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate
CNC routers and woodworking machinery.
Load programs
, ensuring accurate tooling selection and nested layouts.
Perform quality checks
against technical shop drawings and Cabinet Vision outputs.




Maintain the machinery
and ensure a clean, safe workspace.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
Proven experience operating CNC machinery within the cabinet making, joinery, or timber manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills:
Ability to read and interpret detailed architectural blueprints and cutting lists.
Software Knowledge:
Familiarity with CNC nesting software or software like Cabinet Vision is highly regarded.
Location:
Must currently reside in Western Australia with valid, unrestricted working rights.
