The Position
12 month Fixed-term contractMonday to Friday 9am – 5pmInvoicing customersOpening, updating and maintaining the accuracy of customer databaseInvestigating all queries on accounts from customersDaily processing and allocating customer receiptsTelephone collection of due and overdue accountsCollection of outstanding debts including initiating legal action.Reconciling accounts and processing adjustmentsObtaining trade references and credit reportsProcessing credit applicationsRegistering and discharging PPSRUsing a third party portal to receive purchase orders, invoicing and reconciling accounts.
About You
The successful applicant will be meticulous, organised and have a high attention to detail.
1+ years' experience in a similar roleCert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping (desirable)Impeccable verbal and written communication skillsA solid eye for detail and the ability to follow upGreat organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work efficiently.Excellent customer service skills and phone mannerDemonstrated success working collaboratively to achieve team goalsProficiency in MS Office Suite
