About the Role:
Working in-house from our Burleigh Heads studio, you will:
Pick, pack and dispatch online orders with precision and care
Process orders for shipment (Shopify & StarShipit)
Respond to customer enquiries across email and social DMs, always in line with our brand tone
Gift-wrap, quality-check and prepare every order to our signature standard
Support general studio operations through our busiest season
