Assisting customers in person, by phone, or online.
Identifying the correct parts using The Pinnacle Auto parts management system
Providing quotations and processing sales.
Ordering parts from suppliers when they are not in stock.
Managing inventory, receiving deliveries, and restocking shelves.
Handling returns, warranties, and exchanges.
Building relationships with repair shops, mechanics, and repeat customers.
Maintaining knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and parts compatibility.
Keeping the parts department clean and organized.
Key skills:
Strong knowledge of automotive components and systems.
Excellent customer service and communication.
Attention to detail to ensure the correct parts are supplied.
Computer skills for inventory and parts lookup systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $1,****** – $1,****** per week
