The Role
Reporting directly to the Director, you will work with a portfolio of SME and individual clients while becoming a trusted advisor to your client base.
This position offers far more than traditional compliance work, providing exposure to advisory, tax planning strategies and direct client engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
- Assisting with delivering tax planning and business advisory services
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Assisting with the mentoring and development of junior team members
- Working closely with the Director on strategic client matters
- Contributing to the continued growth of the firm
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- CA or CPA qualification (or currently studying)
- 4+ years' experience within a public practice accounting firm
- Strong technical knowledge across Business Services and Tax
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- A desire to progress into leadership and management
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
