Retail Sales & Service Administration - Swimming pool Shop in Brighton
We are currently looking for a retail/service representative to join our team in Brighton.
We are seeking applications for a full time position, this is a seasonal business so we require you to be available over summer.
About your new opportunity
As a retail sales & service representative you will be helping to provide customers with solutions in swimming pool & spa maintenance and chemical balancing in the retail store. You will also be assisting in booking customers in for infield maintenance and helping in the management of our extensive service business over the phone, in store and online through our scheduling program.
You will be:
- Joining an energetic team and required to work at least one weekend day.
- Using your customer service skills, you will advise customers on the products and services that we offer via face to face, phone and email conversations.
- Utilising our water chemistry testing systems to provide expert advice on water treatment and pool maintenance with all training to be provided.
- Physically able to assist in the stocking of shelves, unloading deliveries and undertake general cleaning duties.
- Able to learn and adapt to ever changing cloud based point of sale, booking and accounting programs.
All about you:
- Resilient, driven and ability to adapt to change
- Physically able to lift a reasonable amount of weight for an average adult
- Computer skills are essential and also the ability to confidently learn new computer systems
- Previous experience within the swimming pool industry would be an advantage however not a necessity
- Well spoken, punctual and self motivated
- Physically well presented in a tidy professional manner
- Team orientated and able to work within a group setting
