We are seeking a Part Time Client Advisor 22hrs to join our Chatswood Chase Boutique.

Roster: Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday.

Working collaboratively with the Boutique Manager you will be an active contributor to the dynamic sales team by delivering superior customer service and sales, in addition to working proactively and collaboratively with the boutique and brand.

The Prospect:
Support the Store in the achievement of Sales targets, engaging in Training, stock counts, clientelling and operational activities.

About You:
You are an experienced retailer, enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about fashion and retail. Additionally, you have:

- Minimum 2 years of retail experience is required for this position.





- Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this role.

- Ability to engage with customers ensuring quality customer service and experience

- The ability to multi-task to support the Supervisor in the delivery of the store presentation, achievement of sales targets, and product knowledge

- An ability to demonstrate your success in meeting performance objectives (KPIs)

- The ability to work independently, using your initiative to problem solve

- Experience with using CRM and POS Systems

- Strong communication skills face to face, over email and telephone

- All the attributes of a proactive, motivated, highly organised and results-driven individual.
