The Role

As Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of commercial projects from commencement through to final handover.

You'll lead experienced site and commercial teams while bringing together clients, consultants and subcontractors to create an environment where quality, collaboration and commercial performance thrive.

Projects are well resourced from the outset,



giving you the people, systems and support required to focus on leadership, delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.

You'll have genuine autonomy to run your projects while working closely with an experienced senior management team that is available when you need them.

The Person

We're looking for an accomplished Project Manager who takes pride in delivering quality projects and developing high-performing teams.

You will have:

- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager

- Strong commercial construction background

- Proven experience delivering projects from commencement to completion

- Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge

- Strong client, consultant and subcontractor relationships

- Stable employment history and excellent references

You're commercially sharp, organised and comfortable taking responsibility. Just as importantly, you're a strong communicator who understands that successful projects are built through good people and strong relationships.
