About Novis:
Novis Healthcare is a proudly Australian manufacturer and distributor of premium healthcare equipment used in hospitals, aged care, home care and disability services across the country. For more than 20 years we've partnered with some of the world's most respected brands, and our name has become shorthand for quality you can trust. Behind every product is a real person who moves, sleeps, showers and lives more comfortably because of the solutions we are able to provide.
This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join an established company offering long-term career opportunities and personal growth.
The role:
We're growing, and we're looking for a warm, driven Community Product Specialist to join our team.
This is a genuinely varied, out-in-the-field role in the Community. One day you're out educating an Allied Health Team on a new pressure care mattress, the next you're in a client's home helping them find the seating solution that gives them their independence back. You'll blend product based solutions, clinical support and hands-on training, and you'll see the impact of your work in people's faces, not just in a CRM.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working alongside healthcare professionals and end users to deliver expert solutions, clinical support and product training across beds, mattresses, seating, bathroom aids and more.
- Opening new doors — generating leads, winning new business and nurturing the relationships you build.
- Shaping your own sales strategy to hit targets and grow your territory.
- Becoming a trusted advisor for clinicians, carers and families.
- Tailoring product-based support and training to what each customer actually needs.
- Running product trials and demonstrations that show.
- Supporting equipment installations and implementations on site.
- Partnering with our internal teams to make service and delivery run smooth and on time.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- A background in sales, allied health or nursing is ideal — but attitude, drive and curiosity matter most to us.
- Real empathy and respect for people living with disability, and for their carers and families.
- The appetite to learn our range inside out and become a genuine product champion.
- Some understanding of the disability sector and its products is a bonus, not a must.
- A commercial eye for spotting where you can add value — and sales opportunities.
- Comfort with the physical side of the role, including regular lifting during installs and demos.
What we offer you:
- Market-competitive salary package and commission structure.
- Work that changes people's lives — you'll see it firsthand, every week.
- Ongoing training, product certification and real professional development.
- A close-knit, privately owned Australian business where your voice is heard and decisions happen fast.
Before you start:
As part of our recruitment process you'll need an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, a Working with Children Check, a National Police Check, a full NSW driver's licence, up-to-date immunisations, and to complete a physical assessment.
Ready to make a difference?
If you love healthcare, enjoy people, and want a role where your work genuinely improves someone's day — we'd love to hear from you. Apply now with your CV and a short note about why this role appeals to you.
Please note: Only applicants with full Australian work rights will be considered for this position.
