Possessing a small, but growing commercial/retail rent-roll and in the market for expansion through continued acquisition as well as organic growth, this role offers significant scope to shape the direction of the portfolio and grow alongside the business

Your Duties
To commence, you will be responsible for:

- Day-to-day management of 45 properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital works projects
- Working with the support of the Accounts team, prepare budgets, outgoings, and rental income forecasts
- Oversee rent collection, arrears recovery, and financial reporting
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and liaise closely with the in-house leasing team
- If you choose, actively scout for recent managements, and / or Listings, and manage the leasing and sales

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in commercial /retail property management
- Strong knowledge of the Act and lease contracts / nuances




- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (essential)
- Driver’s Licence and motor vehicle
- Live an easy commute to Manly (Northern Beaches or North Shore)
