Are you an experienced Practice Nurse looking to join a supportive, patient-focused General Practice with a strong community reputation?

We're partnered with a Group Practice, who have 2 clinics around the Lake Macquarie area - Morriset, and Cooranbong. They are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their Morisset team on a permanent full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established practice where you can utilise your clinical skills, build meaningful patient relationships, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality primary healthcare services.

- Hourly pay rate between $42/hr - $45/hr + Super (Depending on experience)
- Permanent role - annual leave entitlements, paid sick leave, parental leave etc

About the Role





As a Practice Nurse, you will play an integral role in supporting the clinical team and delivering exceptional patient care.

- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Wound care and dressing management
- Chronic Disease Management
- Health Assessments and Care Plans
- Assisting GPs with procedures
- Infection control and accreditation support
- Recalls and reminders
- Patient education and preventative health initiatives
- Maintaining clinical stock and cold chain compliance

About You

To be successful in this role, you willhave:

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous General Practice Nursing experience
- Solid clinical and treatment room skills
- Experience with Care Plans, Health Assessments and Chronic Disease Management
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Full Australian working rights
