Sirv invites an experienced manager to build and run supported independent living services in Orange, NSW. You will establish SIL houses, manage high-intensity supports, and shape the team delivering culturally safe care to a growing local population.

This role offers solid earning potential with base salary 90,000 plus super and a 30% profit share; work from home initially with an office once the service is established and direct operational autonomy.
