The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised and proactive Internal Sales Officer to join the team in Larapinta . In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, managing enquiries and quotations, and supporting business growth through strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries, providing timely support and solutions




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and warm leads
- Generate sales opportunities through proactive customer engagement
- Prepare quotations, process orders and coordinate deliveries
- Provide product support to distributors and end users
- Support the external sales team with customer and sales activities

About You
Essential Skills & Experience

- 2+ years' experience in internal sales or customer service
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong data entry and administrative skills

Preferred Skills & Experience (training provided where needed)

- Experience using ERP systems for order processing and data entry
- Relevant experience working in pipe fittings industries
- Experience in the pipe fittings / poly pipe / plumbing / irrigation industry is a big plus (but not essential if you have strong general sales credentials)
