Youturn Toowoomba invites applications for an Intervention Worker within the headspace Toowoomba service. The role focuses on engaging, screening, assessing, referring, providing interventions and coordinating care for young people aged 12–25 who contact headspace.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, building trust with the young person and their family as appropriate, and apply strong assessment and risk management skills to support secure, effective outcomes.
