The Job:

HOYTS is looking for a natural leader to join as our LUX Venue Manager and leave a lasting impression on our guests.

As part of the Cinema Operations Team, you'll drive customer satisfaction while maintaining our high standards. You'll lead a team, inspire employees to go above and beyond, and continually look for ways to improve. Key responsibilities include:

Leading by example and delivering excellent customer service

Rostering staff and managing performance

Managing daily operations to ensure profitability and achievement of KPIs

Overseeing events held in the LUX Lounge

Ensuring compliance with HR, WHS, and Risk Management policies and legislation

Managing orders, stocktakes, and conflict resolution

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for an experienced manager with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who thrives under pressure.

You'll have:

Previous management experience in hospitality (preferred)

Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods

Excellent communication skills with guests, team members, and stakeholders





Strong organisational and multitasking skills

An RSA and knowledge of food safety

The ability to work independently and stay motivated

A standard shift is generally a minimum of 4 hours, and you'll be rostered for at least 8 hours per week. Your agreed part-time hours will always be scheduled within your stated availability, and rosters are released each Friday in Australia, for the week commencing the following Thursday.
